Franchisor & Franchisee Networking Event: Connecting Brands and Future Business Owners

Last November, Scale Up Mastery supported the Franchisor & Franchisee Networking Event, hosted by Astreem Consulting in collaboration with Top Franchise Asia, bringing together franchise brand owners and aspiring franchisees in a focused and purpose-driven networking session. 

The event was designed to encourage direct engagement, allowing both sides to move beyond surface-level introductions and into meaningful discussions around business readiness, growth expectations, and long-term alignment. 

Sharing Franchise Opportunities and Real Brand Insights  

During the session, franchisors shared not only their franchise opportunities, but also valuable insights into their brand journeys, operational approaches, and expansion strategies. These conversations gave franchisees a clearer understanding of what it takes to build and scale a franchise sustainably, directly from the people behind the brands.  

For franchisees, the opportunity to ask questions and hear first-hand experiences helped bring clarity to their decision-making process. For franchisors, it created space to engage with genuinely interested participants and explain their concepts in a more personal and practical way.
